With the start of the new yachting season, the annual Cannes Yachting Festival returns — bringing world premieres, carefully curated participants, and of course, all under the radiant Mediterranean sun.

The festival, the leading event for the global yachting industry, will once again take place across two iconic locations — Vieux Port and Port Canto — and is expected to welcome around 55,000 visitors throughout the week.

Originally known as Festival de la Plaisance (meaning "festival of pleasure" in French), this iconic European event has grown immensely since its debut in 1977. Today, it showcases more than 700 luxury yachts and boats ranging from 5 to 50 meters in length.

Yachts on Display in Cannes
The main stage of the festival will be Vieux Port, nestled at the foot of the Suquet district — the area will host most of the brand-new yachts. The exhibition will feature yachts ranging from 25 to 55 meters.
Port Canto will traditionally host sailing yachts from 10 to 25 meters, along with motorboats and finalists of the "Yacht of the Year" awards.
Port Canto will also feature thematic sections such as the Toys Area (dedicated to water toys) and the fleet of the largest sailing yachts.
A dedicated marina will display around 170 boats — approximately 140 motor yachts from 8 meters afloat, and about 30 vessels on land.

Please note: boarding access is at the discretion of exhibitors. It is recommended to book appointments in advance to ensure entry to yachts of interest.
